Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Prepare the Departmental Action Plan (Department OGAM) and Annual Budget
- Manages, supervise and provide technical expertise to the discipline engineers
- Ensure smooth functioning and attainment of department annual business Plan
- Provide inspection expertise and construction code consultancy for the project team to ensure plant equipment is reliable and maintainable. Takes up full accountability and commitment towards MPC business and HSE Management System in plant operational phase
- Manage Safety of Manpower/Health/Environment & Quality Management
- Departmental interface for customer departments , top management and external agencies
- Attends Management / Safety / Shut down / Departmental meetings
- Provide technical expertise to customer departments and Inspection team
- Review and approve Contractors Method Statements / WPS / PQR. Witness Welder Qualification Test
- Determine and arrange for needed tools, equipment and software for Inspection team
- Leads the team to develop Inspection Plans and ensures their compliance
- Leads Inspection team in Shut down / Regular Inspection planning and execution
- Ensure safety / SHEMS compliance by all staff of the department
- Manages Document Management
- Responsible to provide trainings to inspection team
- Ensure Equipment History to be maintained

Requirements

Nationality: Saudi Arabian
Experience: 5+ Years
Educational Qualification: Degree (BS/BE/B Tech)/Mechanical
Flexible, analytical and detailed oriented.
Membership in professional societies or organizations.
Self-motivated
Strong prioritization skill.

About the Company

Ma'aden was formed as a Saudi joint stock company on 23 March 1997 (corresponding to 14/11/1417H) for the purpose of facilitating the development of Saudi Arabia's mineral resources.

To date Ma'aden's activities have focused on its active gold business which has grown in recent years to include the operation of five gold mines: Mahd Ad Dahab, Al Hajar, Sukhaybarat, Bulghah, and Al Amar.
