Job description / Role
The role of Head of Franchise is to review the new International market opportunities for the global markets, working with the Chief Executive. This candidate will have a team of Merchandisers in the structure beneath them to manage a number of countries. Presently the business has 86 stores internationally with a aggressive growth plan. The successful candidate would be from a Fashion Retailer only.
Requirements
- Review and make contact with potential partners through the leveraging of existing management, external business, consultancy and partner relationships.
- Ongoing relationship management (calls, meetings, emails, visits)
- Execution in relation to the expansion into new Intl markets
- Analysis and project management
- Initial meetings / handover to International Retail Operations team to set-up in each new market
- The management of a team of Merchandisers that will look after a number of countries from a product selection to delivery to the Franchisee partner.
- Retail Operations experience.
