Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Establish and maintain contacts with existing and potential clients such as Architects, Consultants, Contractors by using business directories, following leads from current clients, participating in industry related events.
- Discuss and analyse clients requirements and prepare presentation proposals, detailed quotations and contracts.
- Direct customers with regards to products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to follow up, resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities or other subjects of sale.
- Ensure that payment terms are adhered to by the client and ensure that all payments are received and all invoices are made as per payment schedule of the agreement.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices and sales trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 to 6 years of Customer Service experience
- Computer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proven track records of selling products or services and achieving sales targets
