Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global leader within their industry. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join their rapidly expanding team.
This role will report to the Area General Manager and take ownership of a team as well as various projects and clients.
Your main responsibilities will include delivering individual and team targets and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
You will support sector development and involve colleagues in business development. In addition, you will coach and mentor colleagues in specific areas whilst managing the team and ensuring targets are achieved. This will include developing talent, organising people to be more effective and motivating them to perform at their best.
Requirements
- The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years consultancy experience alongside experience of managing a team.
- You should have a passion for developing people and working to targets.
- You should also be results driven and possess strong analytical skills.
* Arabic communication skills would be an advantage.
