Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED Circa 20,000

A diverse retail investments company is keen to hire an Retail Business Planning Manager to provide professional support retail management team by creating professional presentation formats, and who also has good retail experience managing retail finance or inventory planning.

Responsibilities:
- Creating the entire pitch presentation for the prospective new brands.
- Managing Sales Density, Revenue, Margin, Stock Options, CAPEX / OPEX, Cash-flow, Full P&L, ROI, Payback.
- Preparing the Business Plans Roll-outs, Forecasting sales, EBITDA & Net profits.
- Continuously conduct research on various Brands, New Markets and Shopping Malls.
- Conducting feasibility studies for potential new Brands to roll-out across the Region.
- Actively involved in launching of New Brand and New Market Entry Strategy.
- Dash Board Reporting: Conceptualized / Developed Brand Wise KPI Reporting for Management: Cost & Operational.
- MIS: Monthly reporting of Cost and Operational Key metrics for Management Reviews.
- Creating key reports for better control of the different business verticals.
- Liaising with Finance and Brand Management to produce & confirm departmental & overall top line Budgets.
- Overseeing brand product selection considering commerciality, seasonality, cultural trends, pricing & local events.
- Checking Range Planned quantities for products based on sales history, space and forward cover.
- OTB Management.
- Formulating % department mixes, using previous seasons sales data & predicted trend information.
- Evaluating colour mixes, ASP, margin, spend and options ensuring imbalances are counteracted & targets achieved.
- Do Buying for the brands and influencing product mix for different territories based on customer preferences.
- Re-forecast sales and stock against plan and last year to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
- Take appropriate action to repeat / extend best sellers within OTB.
- Suggest appropriate sale strategy, in line with trading conditions and business objectives.
- Responsible for deciding commercial sale prices for each Brand, gaining management agreement on proposed markdowns.
- Supply Chain Set Up: Study, Market Review & Set up of Freight, Clearance, W&D Network
- Communicate and Interact with the Brand Principal w.r.t merchandise buying, cost negotiations, scheduling deliveries and sharing key reports related to the performance of brand in the market.
- Coordination with SCM / Marketing / IT to ensure price, quality and delivery of the goods on time.

Requirements

- Have a retail finance back ground.
- Have a retail inventory control / planning background.
- Prepare business plans for Banks and Investors.
- Prepare ROI analysis.
- Prepare market analysis reports.
- Prepare pitch presentations for brands.
- Prepare financial analysis and reports for BOD meetings.
- Manage cash flow, and all payables and receivables.
- Manage inventory, stock buys, cash value, sell-through analysis etc.
