Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The primary purpose and function of this position is to achieve the overall visibility and accessibility of our brands and products in retail outlets through effective deployment of the POP drive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full implementation of the shelving, space, visibility and display as agreed between Nestle and customers.
- Capitalize on merchandising opportunities at outlet level.
- Recommending new merchandising opportunities based on the movement of the product from the shelves and/or display areas.
- Flawless execution of promotional programs at outlet level.
- Promptly report any Out of Stock or other issues to the account salesman
- Ensure effective use of POS and other display materials and the removal of out dated material.
- Responsible for maintaining an updated Fact Book that includes : Report pricing discrepancy Vs our RSP
- Customers Information
- Updated Planograms by Category / Brand
- Shelving & Display Agreements by customer
- Shelf Share by Category / by Brand per outlet covered
- Monitor and report on Competitive activities / actions
- Responsible for maintaining quality of our products @ POP and in storage areas:
- Cleanliness of product, shelves and displaying area
- Stock Hygiene (rotation of product as per FIFO concept)
- Storing temperature (mostly for Confectionery products)
- Maintaining good relations with customers.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
- Other certifications obtained: Kuwait Driving License (and owns a car)
- Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years work experience in the same field or fresh graduate
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Bilingual (Arabic - English)
