Job description / Role
An opportunity with a Multinational FMCG business with a strong market share in the region.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be based out of the Jeddah office. The core objective is to analyse, develop and supervise implementation of the various Brand strategies and plans in Saudi Arabia in order to reach volume, net sales value and profit objectives.
This will be done through Solid and in-depth understanding of consumer behavior and trends, Strategic brand planning, Operational Brand planning, Local research studies and Focus and sustainable investment.
You will develop annual brand strategies and action plans in line with the business and brand objectives. Adapt brand concepts in line with brand objectives ensuring consistency and operational effectiveness. Liaise with the TM manager for the development and implementation of consumer communication programs. Monitor and roll out OP brand planning, Manage and motivate Concept agencies to provide execution excellence, Continuously brief and debrief in house stake holders and external key marketing contributors to achieve same level of knowledge and alignment
Requirements
- Ideally Masters Degrees in Business or Marketing
- Solid blue-chip International FMCG company consumer/trade marketing management experience with a minimum of 7 years' experience in FMCG
- Fluency in English and Arabic
