Job description / Role
A leading local Group are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their operations.
The role of the HR Manager will include but not limited too:
Job Grading
Job Analysis
Evaluation of existing policies and procedures
Development of new policies and procedures
Change Management
Hands on operational approach
Facilitate change
Requirements
Minimum 7 years experience in HR
Must have UAE experience
Candidates must be based here in the UAE currently
Extensive knowledge of UAE Labor Law
Generalist background
''Start-Up'' experience is key
Arabic speaking would be an advantage
