Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Title: ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN. ASSISTANT
Salary AED 5,500 to AED 6,000

Our client based in Dubai and they been dedicated to the efficient and cost effective logistics of beverage. Currently they have 1200 professionals and 43 offices all over the world and they put experience to work for their clients and taking care of the smooth flow of beverage of their entire operations.

Due to our expanding portfolio of clients we are now seeking a very good candidate for the Accounts and Admin. Assistant role for their UAE operations.

Responsibilities:
The role is going to cover basic Accounts, HR /PRO, and Office management such as; Bookkeeping, Payroll, Visa, Purchasing and Petty cash .

Also, who can perform the following tasks:
- Monthly statements reconciliation of Customers and Vendors SOA for payment purposes
( as per CODA creditors balance supplier statements)
- To follow-up debtors payment due and collect funds within agreed terms and to manage timely receipts to the companys bank account at the same time processed receipts into the debtors account and allocate them to the correct invoices paid by the customer
- Managed intercompany invoices
- Follow-up and manage AR and AP invoices
- To organize and retain all of office contracts , return dues and to ensure that everything are submitted properly as required timeline
- Purchasing of all required office requirements upon approval form Authorized personnel
- To assist Management is some of the HR/PRO task such as ; Timekeeping, Vacation Leave administration , Attendance , VISA , labor cards and other required task by the immediate head
- Responsible for managing the office facilities such as; general maintenance, cleaners , plants, shredding services, stationary and pantry supplies
- Assist in business travel requirements such as; flight and hotel bookings for management and company guests
- Responsible of incoming and outgoing Couriers correspondences
- Handle follow-up call for the customer and prepare for the minutes of meeting
- Handle phone/fax/email queries and assist meetings set up

Requirements

- Should possess general knowledge and understanding of the office management
- With bachelor in Commerce and Accounting with strong knowledge of accounting technology
- With good knowledge of Accounting Software System ( CODA/Quick Books/Peach tree)
- Strong organizational Skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Advances MS Excel Knowledge and expert in IT skills is an advantage
- Hardworking, fast leaner , disciplined, and ready to become part of the dynamic team
