Managing Quantity Surveyor

Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned construction main Contractor who have established themselves in the Middle East as one of the leading providers of world class general construction projects. Our client has over 25 years of experience in their sector and are looking to hire a Managing Quantity Surveyor.

You will join this highly successful business to grow and develop an already strong department. You will be responsible for the planning and monitoring of commercial objectives to ensure project delivery within the set project cost.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and be fluent in English. You should have a proven track record of dealing with a fast growing business and demonstrate a minimum of 6 years experience in quantity surveying or construction management.
