Employment: Full Time

Client:
One of the leading manufactures of HVAC equipment in the Gulf region, a pioneer in the air conditioning industry.

Duties:
- Under the supervision of the General Manager of Middle East, develop, implement and executes the organisations channel growth strategies.
- Develop and implement a market by market playbook focused on optimizing the organizations channel relationships
- Drives the execution of local market product distribution action plans and ensures optimal market coverage, penetration and share growth by leveraging multiple channels to market.
- Achieve sales by growing and developing the Applied Sales channel, identifying prospects, signing new accounts, creating quotas and mutual win-win commitments.
- Create short-term and long-range plans in order to achieve growth strategies.
- Maintain current knowledge of own and competitive product portfolios and system characteristics.
- Collect, organize, and assemble data for reports, presentations, and special projects.
- Work with internal company departments and respond to customer needs in terms of products specifications, warranties, products availability, logistics, order changes, invoicing, and any other administrative processes.
- Identify and coordinate product and technical training for the accounts managed.
- Work with marketing department to coordinate marketing efforts and launching events.
- Drives Continuous Improvement strategies to improve on predetermined key business metrics. Hires, retains, performance manages, and plans for career development of direct reports. Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for direct reports.
- Travel at least half the time to overseas countries in Middle East to develop relationships with new and current accounts and other market participants.
- Service the customer after the sale to insure complete satisfaction and to promote future business.
- Consistently manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Creates and implements a succession plan with regular and ongoing performance management

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience in Distribution management required, with both direct and indirect channel experience preferred
- Leadership experience executing in a matrix organization preferred
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
- Positive attitude
- Ability to travel.
- Microsoft Office Software proficient
