Job description / Role
My client, a multinational firm, is looking for a Personal Assistant to the MD to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes
- organising and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
- dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Requirements
The successful candidate will be someone intelligent and hard-working, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A university degree in any subject
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent drafting and correspondence skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience of working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent telephone manners
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience of supporting top management as a Personal Assistant
