Trade Finance Executive

Job description / Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Trade Finance Executive. Salary up to 15K AED.

Responsibilities
- Issuing of LCs , Amendments, TRs and Tender / Performance Bonds.
- Negotiating preferential rates with banks for high value LCs / TRs.
- Ensuring Bills under Usance LC paid on due date by applying TR or requesting the same to be included in daily cash planning.
- Checking of documents negotiated under LC.
- Checking of Bank Charges pertaining to LCs / TR Interest Rates

Requirements

- Hold a Bachelor degree (preferably in Finance) but CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) will be an advantage
- Relevant experience of at least 5 years in a reputed organization including Trade Finance Experience (handling L/Cs, Issuance of Bank Guarantees / Bonds etc.) of at least 5 years. Candidates with previous experience in the chemical industry will be given preference.
- Must have experience of handling banking relationships.
- Good Negotiation & Planning skills.
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
- Above average IT skills is an advantage.
- Mature, Hardworking, Result oriented and a Team player.
