Head Chef

Job description / Role

A leading company are opening a new brand to the UAE and require a Head Chef to lead their Kitchen.

The role of the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager is to provide dishes that are in line with company product specifications.

In order to do this, the Head Chef must be able to lead, manage and motivate a high performing team, understand and work according to Company and legislative standards for Health, Safety and Hygiene.

Liaise with the rest of the management team to consistently produce the required food margins.

The Head Chef/Kitchen Manager will lead the kitchen team to deliver meals that meet customer needs and company requirements.

This is a demanding role that is fundamental to the success of the business.

The Head Chef is responsible for the performance of the Kitchen Team and is accountable to the General Manager.
