Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- High level of administrative and secretarial support often involving demanding tasks and assignments.
- Efficiently managed calendar and appointments according to stakeholder priorities
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
- Screening mail, phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Assisting the Function head in carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Carrying out specific projects and research as requested by the General Manager

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Administration, or relevant qualification.
- Formal training in secretarial/administrative and office management practice will be an advantage.
- 1 year relevant experience within a multifunctional open plan office.
- Proven experience in office administration.
- High level of proficiency in word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software (MS Office).

Language:
- English (fluent) required, Arabic is advantageous.
