Senior HR Officer

Job description / Role

A large local group are currently looking for a Senior HR Officer to be based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the real estate division.

The Senior HR officer role will report to the COO.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provide advice on change management initiatives, organisational / departmental restructures, job role design, outsourcing and human resource.
- Ensuring clear objectives, feedback and alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement human resources policies, procedures and programs.
- To help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Support management with employee development, succession planning and talent retention.
- Recruitment of key talents for the BU including strategy, selection and assessment of candidates.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4-5 years experience of HR experience within GCC region.
- Prior HR experience within the shopping malls of Dubai.
- Knowledge of core HR strategies and processes.
- Experience working with key stakeholders in the Business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
