General Manager - Property - Kenya

The successful General Manager Property will be responsible for the following:
- Operational Management of the business in East Africa, covering all of the service lines including: Transactions, Valuations, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, & Project Management
- Assist the board in developing short and long term strategies for the business
- Developing new business through instructions and utilising your expansive networks
- Develop policies to generate best practice
- Performance management and recruitment of talent within East Africa
- Provide leadership though effective goal setting, delegation and communication

Requirements

The ideal General Manager will have the following background:
- 10 years experience of the Kenyan market from a Property and/or Corporate Real Estate perspective
- An understanding of any of the following service lines: Transactions, Valuations, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, & Project Management
- A record of new business enquiries and generating instructions through effective utilisation of networks.
- Experience of working cross border and interacting with multinational businesses
