Clearance Manager - KSA

Requirements
They are seeking strong, assertive, professional and well organized Clearance Manager to join their senior management team in the KSA region to hire, train, coach and lead a team of 8 logistics staff.
They are seeking someone to ensure all customs entries ate completed in a timely and efficient manner and manage the team productivity and develop initiatives for efficiency improvements. Also you will support KPI achievements by monitoring and driving performance and evaluating Customs Operations Specialist team members.
