Talent Acquisition Specialist - Dubai, UAE
Our client is a reputable company looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Dubai, responsible for sourcing suitable candidates internally and externally for live positions as well as building up talent pipelines whilst maintaining accurate records.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sourcing for potential candidates using the in house Recruitment System external job boards social media company websites and networking.
- Providing shortlists of candidates from advertisements.
- Assisting in updating and maintaining job postings on our in house Recruitment System and external mediums.
- Ensuring that our in house Recruitment System is kept up to date with applicant history from inception to completion open close track requisitions for reporting purposes.
- Conducting initial screening for junior level and positions.
- Arranging interviews when required and booking meeting rooms.
- Researching potential candidates through networking and company websites trade journals etc.
- Other ad-hoc recruitment projects as directed by the Talent Acquisition Management team Requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 2 - 5 relevant years of experience recruiting for Construction industry
