Job description / Role
Coordinate efficient delivery of material to / from offshore installation (Drilling Rigs, Barges, Complexes, Das Island) in a timely fashion without compromising Safety: The job requiring 24 hours duly shift (Including weekend and Holidays).
1. Ensure full awareness to ADMA-OPCO HSSEQ policy, Standard and procedures.
2. Attend ADMA/ZADCO drilling video conference meeting to set priorities and agree material mobilization to offshore installations.
3. Prepare daily plan for vessels according to vessel availability, deck space and weather condition.
4. Ensure supply vessel log book is maintained on daily basis highlighting major shipping activities.
5. Rerouting of vessels, cancellation of vessel journey due to sudden change in the operation.
6. Update vessel movement according to accrual locations.
7. Confirm materials are delivered as per users requirements.
8. Ensure shared resources (AHTS's) meet Shipping /Marine objective without any delay.
9. Review, analyze non products time and work closely with DROSL's to minimize downtime caused by supply vessels.
10.Provide utilization data for quayside activities to ADMA-OPCO.
11. Procedure/prepare statistics and written reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
12. Work according to the ADMA/international procedure/standards.
13. attend HSE meeting to discuss any related issues.
14. Offshore site visits to enhance communication and improve business practices.
15. provide training to new UAE nationals.
Requirements
University Qualifications: 3 years college Diploma
Other certifications obtained: Bachelor Degree
Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years experience in materials supply services and supply vessels operations
Specialist knowledge: good knowledge of English (Fluent in English & English writing)
Soft Skills and Personality traits: computer knowledge
Age Range: 25-40
