Commercial Research Associate

The Dubai team has been established for 3 years in great offices in Media City and as part of the expanding recruitment team, we're looking to add to our commercial recruitment offering.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Research Associate will have two areas of responsibility - candidate resourcing and market research.

On the resourcing side, you will support the Commercial Consultants by screening and interviewing professionals looking to work in the Middle East, uploading their details onto the database, and matching suitable candidates to vacancies as directed by the Consultants. Approximately 75% of your time.

In Research, you will perform extensive primary and secondary research to build a detailed understanding of the Commercial markets in the UAE and GCC countries. This includes analyzing and interpreting data into meaningful information that is then reported to management. A focus on Human Resources opportunities, services and products is a particular area of growth. This will take 25% of your time.

This is an excellent role for someone who is looking for a foot-in-the-door, prepared to roll their sleeves up, and able to utilise their diverse skills set.

A salary of AED8,000-AED10,000 + medical is on offer.

Requirements

You must have excellent spoken and written English, high attention to detail, able to work autonomously, and be customer focused.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, some experience in conducting research assignments, and highly competent in Microsoft programmes.
