Employment: Full Time

ERP Functional Consultant Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage full life cycle of design and testing phases.
- Develop solution design and lead client throughout implementation and support phases.
- Analyze and solve complex issues related to data and processes.
- Ensure seamless transition through project lifecycle working, professional services and support teams.
- Provide necessary support for FINANCIALS/ HRMS / PROJECT ACCOUNTING / PAYROLL Modules / Solutions.
- Supply ERP functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
- Lead design activities defining requirements, testing and provide direction to customers and junior consultants.
- Enhance and update knowledge on domain field practices and related technology.
- Develop know-how and expertise in domain field products.
- Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
- Engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing ERP functional consultation.

ERP Technical Consultant Responsibilities and Duties:
- MS-SQL / SSRS / VB.Net / ASP.Net / X++
- Analysis skills
- Experience in Purchasing & Inventory & Project Accounting
- Experience in GL- AP - AR - FA - CM is a plus
- Previous experience in GCC is a plus
- Develop functional and technical specifications to address new business requirements.

Specialized skills and competencies:
- BUSINESS FUNDAMENTALS - Applying knowledge of basic business principles, trends, and economics to work activities.
- BUSINESS OPERATIONS - Carrying out ongoing activities involved in the running of a business.
- PRINCIPLES OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY-Knowledge of Information Technologies (fundamental concepts, systems, platforms, tools, and technologies),
IT industries (hardware, software, and services), the widespread application of IT in other industries, and the common roles of IT professionals.

Developer .Net Responsibilities and Duties:
Under the supervision of the Director, the .Net Developer designs, modi?es, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and components; supports and/or installs software applications and components; works from written speci?cations and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process.

Skill Requirements:
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
- Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications
- Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modi?cation and improvement
- Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
- Create technical speci?cations and test plans

Management Responsibilities
- Manage the whole MIS department, day-to-day tasks/activities in coordination with the whole MIS team.
- Keeping up-to-date the Data Center services & maintenances, such as; Firewall, AX Servers & Network.
- Following up with the partners to have good relations to smoothen business relations in between each other according to requirements.
- Making approvals after negotiating with consistent partners in purchasing the best products to meet requirements by winning over the best proposal.
- Manage to keep track of employees leaving by updating HR department and Finance department for assets status.
- Manage and approve all MRF related to IT received from the whole organization

Requirements

- Degree in MIS or equivalent required with certification in Oracle/MS Sql database administration desired; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in Microsoft AX implementation is must
- At LEAST 3 years of data base administration experience with the Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server including logical and physical database design, data mapping and import and export data.
- Experience with advanced database administration topics, such as high-availability, replication, storage and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem solving skills including attention to detail, self-motivated, and ability to work independently or with a team.
