Site Project Director Infrastructure

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Project Director with a minimum of 20+ years experience in the delivery of major infrastructure projects to join our team in Jeddah, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Infrastructure Project Director will be a qualified professional who has reached Senior Manager level, capable of providing planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multidisciplinary projects.

The Infrastructure Project Director will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Buro Happolds reputation with our clients and developing effective long term client relationships thus identifying and developing new opportunities.

Profile:
An experienced Infrastructure Project Director with a demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multi-functional projects specifically with an Infrastructure background.

Responsibilities:
- Manages the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in infrastructure and public utilities (municipal) engineering projects.
- Directs, reviews, or approves project design changes.
- Presents and explains proposals, reports, or findings to clients.
- Confers with management to discuss project specifications or procedures.
- Prepares budgets, bids, and Requests for Proposals, and Contracts.
- Assesses project feasibility by analysing technology, resource needs, and Owner requirements.

Requirements

The individual must have a minimum qualification BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent, have Chartered status and more than 20+ years experience. Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in municipal project management.
