Job description / Role
Report to: General Manager
Have at least 40% of its time on the market
Immediate subordinated post/Organisation: Country Managers and Supervisors
1. Manage sales and commercial activities in the GCC markets.
2. Determine and achieve agreed upon budgets for sales and margin
3. Responsible for sell in and sell out budgets per store per market
4. Responsible for P&L in each market
5. Align with marketing on allocation of Marketing spend as per sales potential.
6. Determine and direct the distribution strategy in the region
7. Work closely with the country managers/supervisors to set business plans with the objective of sustaining the growth and maintaining leadership and enhancing brand image.
8. Build and maintain a strong network with retailers throughout the region.
9. Assess additional opportunities in the markets and evaluate potential retailers in new markets
10. Provide effective leadership in building a motivated team (direct and indirect).
11. Define the relevant objectives to team members to effectively achieve the agreed upon targets
Requirements
University Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and above
Nature and length of previous experience:
Experience in Middle East region in Luxury products and selective perfumes and cosmetics distribution.
Language Fluency:
Arabic / English
