Accountant

Job description / Role

This position will report to Financial Controller and Administration Manager for Middle East. The main activities will include accounting, controlling and administration:
- Bookkeeping of accounting records (invoices, expenses, purchases, payments, accruals, provisions, etc) in SAP
- Controlling of inventories and working capital
- Maintaining of Fixed assets ledger
- Management of account payable
- Budgets controlling by performing actual vs. forecast variance analyses
- Assisting in monthly closing and reporting to headquarters
- Assisting in annual business planning, monthly forecast revisions, budgeting and cost controlling
- Personnel related administration: payroll, leave, claims, corporate credit cards, etc.
- Assisting with procurement process
- Assisting during internal and external audit

Requirements

Qualification:
Bachelor degree in accounting and finance. ACCA, CPA, CMA is plus.

Experience:
2-3 years of experience in accounting role. SAP Business One experience is preferred.
