Job description / Role
Our client are seeking a strong learning and development Manager is able to Establish and run an L&D function along with managing the costs.
The role will include implementing the process for training needs identification, managing the training budget, identify relevant training both in-house and external, develop customised training plans based on skills, competencies and career development, be involved in the annual appraisals and performance development.
Requirements
The successful candidate will need to hold relevant qualifications and have an understanding within the construction, civil engineering, architecture sectors and ideally have some middle east experience. You will need to have strong English communication skills and have the ability to deliver presentations at all levels.
