Job description / Role
Inspire Selection are working on behalf of a growing FM Service Provider based in Doha, Qatar. Due to project wins, they have an opening for a Soft Services Facility Manager to manage a major contract based in the Doha area.
The ideal candidate will specialise in Waste Management and have experience of managing a similar size project in the Middle East.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as an FM
- Strong communication skills coupled with a 'can do' attitude
- Client facing experience, with the ability to build and manage relationships with customers
- Budget experience
- Excellent managerial skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and lead team members
