Construction Director

Job description / Role

This role is working for one of the leading building contractors in the Middle East on a high profile QAR 3.5 Billion development in Doha. You will be reporting directly into the Project Director and be responsible for the second phase of a 6-star Hotel and high end residential apartments. You will have one project manager reporting into you and you will be responsible for helping him deliver his project to a deadline to.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a minimum of HND qualified and have experience working on high profile projects for a recognized building contractor in the Middle East. You will need to have a history of working on a build project from both start to finish, and also a strong understanding of the commercial works. It is crucial you have strong man management and customer liaison skills.
