The RoleThe RoleAssisting the Senior Management Team in HR structure and policy design. You will be looking at all areas of HR, particularly defining processes and procedures. Recruitment and Selection , Performance Mgt Systems, Appraisals, Compensation and Benefit, Employees Development and Welfare, Employees Retention, HR Budgeting and Planning, Co-Ord with Functional Heads. All matters pertaining to office administration and HR, training, on boarding of new employees, attendance, payroll, leave records, separation, supervising PRO and visa formalities, office infrastructure, office discipline, Cultivate and develop good HR practices and culture. |
RequirementsRequirementsMBA-HR Having 5 - 10 Yrs Exp with good track record .Experience in Consumer Durables / FMCG / Appliances Industry in Corporate HR Function. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills. Experience in formulating and maintaining corporate HR policies is a strong plus. Arabic communication skills are a strong plus. |
