The RoleThe Role Understands the relationship of the budget and resources to strategic planning. Monitors expenditures and resources to ensure spending is within allotments or makes appropriate modifications. Complies with administrative controls over funds, contracts, and procurements, to preclude fraud or mismanagement of resources. Monitors and verifies ongoing cost effectiveness. Provides and interprets financial information. Participates in strategic planning, and formulates long-term business plans. Research and report on factors influencing business performance. Conducts reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Manages the preparation of accounts and reconciling of balance sheets. Liaises with other members of the team and across the business. Maintains a clear focus on internal and external client needs. Plans and budgets for future resource requirements. Anticipates problems and develop contingency plans. Establishes challenging, attainable goals and objectives based on a client focused perspective. Identifies short and long range organizational needs. Ensures performances measures are in place to monitor progress and assess accomplishments and achievement of strategic goals and objectives. Articulate the vision and plan to others. Exhibits knowledge and shows cooperation regarding intra- and inter-agency programs/activities/responsibilities. Direct, oversee and manage all accounting, bookkeeping and financial roles that contribute to the effective operation and administration. Compilation of budgets and cash-flow forecast. Management reports on monthly and ad hoc basis Maintaining contact with all Functional Managers. Liaising with auditors and company executives Provide monthly Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss report. Arrange annually an external audit agency to facilitate delivery of annual audit report in a timely and professional manner. Review service costs and service quality, recommending more efficient and cost effective ways to handle suppliers and creditor accounts. Develop in consultation with Line Managers the annual operating budget. Oversee auditing of supplier invoices against company raised purchase orders. |
RequirementsRequirementsB.com/ICWA / MBA-Finance. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of financial and commercial management. 2 years of professional experience at Management level. Experience in management and development of accounting systems and associated IT systems. Strong at Finance & Accounting Concepts and Policies Related Industry Experience Well Versed with Inventory Accounting and Exposed to worked on Related Softwares. Attractive Personal Traits Good Communication and Leadership Skills Having Vision to grow and build a career |
