Job description / Role
Inspire Selection are working in partnership with a major developer based in Dubai, currently developing iconic residential high rise projects. They have an urgent opening for a Senior Architect.
To be considered for this role you must have worked on projects 500m AED 1 Billion AED.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees and plans all architectural aspects of construction projects.
- Responsible for final specifications, approval of ordered materials, and overall guidance on objectives and concepts.
- Supervise and evaluate work of subordinate architects and technicians.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complex tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect.
- At least 10 years experience, some of which will have been spent working on Middle East or highly complex projects.
- Has worked on projects 500M-1Billion AED
- The ability to take construction projects from design to final handover / practical completion.
- Revit experience desirable, but not essential.
- Registration with a professional body such as the ARB, RIBA or AIA desirable, but not essential.
Salary 17-20,000 AED
