Maintenance Manager

Job description / Role

- Steer and manage the maintenance team of 15 people to perform maintenance and to keep the plant running 24/7
- Implement and optimize of the existing maintenance program (preventive & predictive)
- Lead the plant's maintenance plan
- Supervise techs
- Lead safety projects and adherence
- Support process improvement

Requirements

- Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning plant of 1500 ton and above; be able to do maintenance and advice in improvements
- Knowledge of compressed air plant; be able to do maintenance and advice in improvements
- Knowledge of LPG / gas plant; be able to do maintenance and advice in improvements
- Knowledge steam boilers, thermal oil boilers; be able to do maintenance and advice in improvements
- Having perfect knowledge on the electrical field up to medium voltage levels
- Hands on with PLCs, drives, inverter, and be able to find root cause and solve problems
- Able to work in a small team and giving back up to the people in charge in the shifts
- Having knowledge of HSSE is a plus
- 5 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Nationality Preferred - Indian, Pakistani, Philippines, Spain
- Candidates must have Transferable Iqama
