Job description / Role
Our client is looking for a Mechanical Coordinator to join their team. This role will be reporting to the Maintenance Manager and will have a team of 20 Mechanical Technicians reporting to him.
The individual will be responsible for the supervision and safety of the Mechanical Maintenance activities. He will support in minimizing breakdowns in the equipment, improve mean time between failures(MTBF), maximize reliability factor, optimize cost and ensure zero LTI.
Requirements
- BSC in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years mechanical experience in Cement or other related Continuous Process Heavy Industry.
- Expertise in basic mechanical engineering, manufacturing technologies, material science, installation and trouble shooting of major equipment in heavy industry, preferably in cement industry.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
- Fluent English communication skills. Arabic preferred.
