Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Support the Counter Managers/Consultants via regular in-store coaching
- Provide coaching assistance to the AC/SEE function with the planning/execution of all in-store coaching e.g. the Consultant Coaching Program
- Support and follow-up on the induction of new Consultants through the delivery of Consultant Coaching Modules in-store. Ensure Clinique culture, philosophy and brand standards are implemented, reinforced and maintained by all new Consultants
- Conduct a follow-up Education consultation with each Consultant post-training (I Am Clinique) to ensure the effective transfer of learning to behaviour. Recommend remedial training strategies to AC/SEE for those Consultants who require further individual attention to meet a selling skills/product knowledge gap
- In conjunction with the National Education Manager review Mystery Shopping Customer Service Program survey results and incorporate identified opportunities in future needs driven Education strategies primarily in-store but also in the classroom
- Conduct & evaluate all Clinique Academy Programs (e.g. First Class, Advanced Class, Strategy, Product Launch Workshops) per the Education Calendar, executed to Clinique guidelines
- Prepare and present all Training Programs incorporating the principles of advanced adult learning techniques i.e. make it fun, energetic, inspirational and results oriented
- Set up the Training Room in readiness for training, ensuring brand standards, culture and philosophy are reflected appropriately
- Clearly identify and explain the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hourly Productivity, AUS, % 3 Step vs. LY, New Customers vs. LY and Booked Appointments
- Prepare and conduct Gift With Purchase, Special Events etc. Training Briefs, per retail needs and in accordance with the National Education Manager and National Sales Manager
- Assist the AC/SEE to facilitate Consultant meetings (in non Top Doors) as required, to explore solutions to common business issues, provide feedback from training schools and look for opportunities to further drive results (retail sales and KPIs)
- Following each Training program, provide the National Education Manager with results/feedback reports for purposes of evaluation and compilation of Education statistics
- Monitor Training Room supplies (testers/saleable product) to ensure adequate levels of stock
- Arrange catering for each training program and ensure that the appropriate gifts are in place for training attendees
- Maintain and update the Education Record and measure the effectiveness of training transfer via the analysis of individual Consultants sales and KPI results compared to national KPIs
- Ensure strict adherence to the Education Expense budget as provided by the National Education Manager
- Manage Consultant uniform requests and product allocation - in accordance with budgetary guidelines

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Education/Business or Human Resources
- 2-3 years hands-on experience on developing and delivering training
- Prior experience in similar role within Cosmetic or related service industry
- Willing to travel - the role require extensive travel within UAE and limited international travel within the region
