Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Understand and identify business and operational needs and be responsible for working closely with line management.
- Assist in overseeing implementation of programs through Human Resources staff.
- Advice and support line management with organizational planning and changes, support change management processes and advises through employee relations needs.
- Manage annual performance appraisals of employees.
- Recruitment processes: Sourcing, interviewing, organizing technical interviews, reference checks, contract offers and so on for the Middle East Region.
- Partner with third party Human Resources suppliers as required (i.e. search firms, recruitment agencies, temporary staffing agencies, employment lawyers, etc.)
- Lead the workforce planning, staffing, recruitment and termination processes.
- Advise line management with headcount and related budget numbers.
- Prepare the induction / orientation program for the new recruits.
- Direct and implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Implement and support training and development programs and processes such as Assessment and Development areas, Performance Management Processes, Leadership capabilities and others.
- Provide consistent and timely communication about Human Resources processes and broader business issues to employees and managers.
- Lead, develop and coach team members as required.
- Handle employee disputes.

Requirements

- Ideally, HRM Graduate with minimum 10 years total HR experience and 5 years as HR Manager.
- Generalist preferably with a background in Oil & Gas.
- Excellent communication skill is a must.
- Must be able to cope with the daily pressure and multi-task.
