Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Organising and categorising documents
- Identifying key documents that are relevant to the case
- Processing incoming soft copy documents (involving OCRing, renaming and filing)
- Maintaining a complex soft copy filing system and assisting with the corresponding paper filing system
- Uploading documents onto a secure website
- Document production work

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years experience within a Paralegal capacity
- A strong Commercial/Leasing/Real Estate legal background is mandatory
- Key attention to detail
- Diligent approach to work load
- Excellent written and spoken command of English
- Excellent written and spoken command of Arabic
