Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Responsible for ensuring the successful system-by-system implementation of new services, service enhancements, and service migrations.
2. Responsible for procurement activities & Applications Service Level Management to garauntee target availability and expansion of the Business Systems, and maintain relations with suppliers and fix agencies
3. Manage allocated operational budget & assist in formulating the annual Business Applications & IT budget
4. Develop a product roadmap for ongoing feature requests from wholesalers. Lead the development of operational requirements for new products introduced on the network.
5. Responsible for capacity planning and expansion decisions on the Business Systems
6. Approve changes to the system and maintain updated design documents of the Business Systems
7. Produce statistical analysis and management reports in a timely manner
8. Liaise with Commercial team to design, develop and test new products as required

Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of Telecom back office experience in network and service provisioning.
- Prior experience in developing Network Management Systems for internet service providers.
- Experience with project management concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse hardware and software engineering teams
- Experience in systems management, systems analysis, software development and the management of software development and support services projects
- Strong performance management experience of directing internal work groups and vendor services
