Job description / Role
Our client is a well established law firm based in Dubai with an excellent reputation for delivering sound legal advise.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and build a family legal caseload with a prestigious firm of legal consultants.
Requirements
- Experienced family lawyer with the credentials to conduct family litigation in the UAE and England & Wales
- Experience of dealing with high net worth clients
- Experience of preparing and executing nuptial agreements
- 3 - 5 years as a Family Lawyer dealing with privately paying matters covering all areas of family law including divorce, family remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation and childcare matters.
- Excellent networking skills
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and team skills
Education:
- LLB (Hons) from England & Wales
- Trained in the UAE
Candidate Profile:
- Aged between 30 - 40 years
- Living in the UK or UAE
- UAE driving license
