SSA have been retained by a leading Contractor in the Middle East undertaking many of the UAEs most prestigious projects.
The company is a major player in the market and has a reputation which is second to none within the industry.
Projects include many high profile landmark schemes and the company is now planning to strengthen the existing team by making a senior appointment to deliver one of their major projects.
Project Director - Building (UAE ) - 500 Unit Development - High Rise
An excellent opportunity to play a lead role in the delivery of a landmark residential project for a leading contractor.
Based on a major project you will have responsibility to deliver the project, managing all aspects of the scheme
You will have total responsibility of the Construction, Technical and Commercial teams and will be reporting at board level for the delivery of the companies most high profile developments.
The project consists of a mixed development of 500 + high end residential apartments and associated retail / commercial facilities and is a AED 1.80Billion scheme
Requirements
We are looking for a Project Director who has the experience of working on large mix use schemes / towers and has the delivered projects to a high standard.
You shall be qualified to degree level in Civil Engineering or Construction coupled with 5 years min exp on major schemes as PD
