Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leader in the real estate market. Due to rapid growth within the company they are looking for a Scheduler to join their well established team.

You will be required to perform responsibilities of developing, implementing and maintaining cost structures. Monitor report and forecast project costs by using cost management tools. Monitor the construction schedule against the actual construction on site on a weekly basis and preparing project percentage complete report and S-curves based on percentage/cost.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and possess at least 5 years previous work experience in a similar role. You must have a strong mixed use background along with being proficient in P6. You must also be able to communicate efficiently both verbal and written.
