Employment: Full Time

An opportunity for an experienced Resourcer has arisen within our Recruitment team.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the targeted, pro-active, high volume sourcing and screening of candidates across a wide range of banking and non-banking roles.

This role would suit a candidate looking to start a successful long term career within in-house recruitment.

Requirements

- Previous recruitment agency or similar in-house experience is essential
- Proven experience and understanding of job portals, Linked-In, and other sourcing methods
- Excellent English skills
- Experience in conducting pre-screening interviews via telephone
- Experience in sourcing UAE Nationals would be a distinct advantage
- A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
