Employment: Full Time

The BSA ICS Project Operations Manager will have responsibility to the F-15SA ICS Site Manager and the BSA Operations and General Manager for oversight and coordination of BSA support to the ICS Program.

- Manage, monitor and report BSA IWA performance
- Ensure, in conjunction with ICS Site/Project Managers and Functions, that the program is fully staffed to ICS Program requirements to include developing and executing a proactive plan to replace attritted staff
- Manage assigned staff to provide all government and RSAF relations support to the ICS Program team to include on-going requirements for Saudi security clearances, base passes, visitor support
- Perform as the liaison between the employees and the locally contracted service providers to include Housing Compound, Health Clinic and School and to include transportation services
- Coordinate with all Functions the onboarding of staff to ensure effective transition to productive on-site work performance
- Integrate and ensure employee support as required from the Functions to include BSA Finance, GTC, SSG, Global Mobility, HR, Global Staffing, and others as required
- Support, in conjunction with ICS Site/Project Managers, the development and implementation of Market Based Affordability plans by providing current state and performing as the focal for on-site cost reductions
- Maintain the ICS Program Country Evacuation Plan as a subset to the BSA Country Evacuation Plan
- Support the ICS Site/Project Managers in implementation of Program Management Best Practices to ensure performance to plan
- Function as the Global Trade Control Focal for ICS activities associated with the Boeing Saudi Arabia legal entity
- Function as the coordinator for local non-production procurement in support of employees
- Support the ICS Site/Project Managers in executing the ICS technical statement of work as required
- Develops project or operational plans aligned to department's objectives.
- Implements plans to ensure business technical and customer requirements are achieved.
- Assigns authority and responsibilities to employees to execute the plan.
- Reviews plan's execution makes appropriate adjustments and resolves issues.
- Monitors appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan.

Requirements

Competencies:
- Ability to type in Arabic and in English
- Ability to use Microsoft office
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English, speaking, reading and writing
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Ability to identify critical action items, follow-up items and strategic calendar planning
- Willingness to learn new skills

Qualifications and experience:
- Has at least Bachelor/Master Degree and at least 15 years of experience in Project Operation Management or and at least 20 years of experience in Project Operation Management.

- This position will be part of Boeing International. Pursuant to Council of Ministers Resolution No. 50, dated 21/4/1415H (September 27, 1994) regarding Saudization, this position currently can be filled only by a Saudi national. This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia Law.
