Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Liaising between Program Management Team in the Base, Riyadh head office and client in the base
- Deliver/ Pick up company correspondence/ proposals to & from Customers in a timely manner as instructed
- Provide administrative support
- Coordinate and make domestic and international business travel arrangements
- Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations
- Verbally communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiences
- Appropriately communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiences
- Manage Outlook calendars and virtual resource tools to support appointments, meetings, events and business travel
- Team with others to provide seamless support for the organization
- Coordinate area requirements with other OAs
- Provide back-up support to other OAs as required by management. Work under limited supervision
- Serve as an interpreter (Arabic/English) for meetings if required
- Coordinate with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources. Orders and maintains office supplies
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Preparing and processing Base Passes application for Boeing staff & visitors.

Requirements

Competencies:
- Ability to type in Arabic and in English
- Ability to use Microsoft office
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English, speaking, reading and writing
- Strong administrative skills
- Willingness to learn new skills

Qualifications and experience:
- Has at least High school certificate and at least 5 years of experience in Office Administration or and at least 8 years of experience in Office Administration.

- This position will be part of Boeing International. Pursuant to Council of Ministers Resolution No. 50, dated 21/4/1415H (September 27, 1994) regarding Saudization, this position currently can be filled only by a Saudi national. This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia Law. This position requires work authorization for Saudi Arabia. Make sure you list all of the Countries in which you are a citizen. This job may be level 2 or 3 and will determined by the level of experience and qualifications of the selected candidate, in relation to the scope and responsibility of the position.
