Employment: Full Time

The Recruitment Administrator will collaborate with the Talent Management team to deliver reporting and analytics services as well as data processing services to help build a high-performing Talent Management team.

In addition to this, the Recruitment Administrator will perform a variety of routine and non-routine administrative, clerical, data collection, and report writing tasks specific to the project.

KEY DUTIES
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting the Talent Management team by designing, managing and producing customized reports such as number of open positions, number of open and closed positions, number of hires, overdue jobs, source of CV applications and cancelled positions
- Supporting daily Talent Management with data entry on the automated Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo) and manual reports
- Receiving documentation and verifies data. Performing corrections, updating and modifications.
- Running regular audits over Talent Management data and reporting on the issues to be corrected
- Generating reports on identified Key Performance Indicators and metrics
- Commenting on the most important trends and providing the summary to the senior Talent Management and project teams
- Formatting CVs
- Participating in various Talent Management projects when needed
- Acting as key point of contact regarding Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo) issues system
- Preparing timely HR reports; while providing summary, analysis, and recommendations.

Requirements

- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 3 years experience in Administrative or Secretarial position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word)
- Excellent data entry and data management skills
- Good organizational skills with accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness
- Ability to maintain files and logs for easy and efficient reference
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
- Ability to manage stress and meet high pressure deadlines with good time management skills
- Strong English written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discern sensitive issues and apply tact
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with demonstrated interpersonal skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Experience in HR data management, HR reporting or HR analytics function
