Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Act as an Executive Assistant to the Acting CEO/CEO and relationship managers (carry out administrative tasks including making travel /hotel/transportation/visa arrangements).
- Follow up with existing/new clients to confirm meetings that have been booked by the RMs.
- Assist in processing the KYC forms and allocate a client number on the system once all KYC information has been obtained and collected by the RMs and all KYC related documents have been completed and signed by clients and verified and handed over to the Executive Assistant by the RMs.
- Assist RMs in preparing the call memos once dictated by the RMs.
- Enter client confirmations into the relevant internal systems.
- Process travel and entertainment expense reports for the RMS.
- Perform client / company / prospects research and gather information about target clients, as long as there is no interfacing with clients or prospects.

Requirements

- Saudi female national preferred
- At least 3 years experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably with a financial institution
- Strong English language both spoken and written
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
