Retail Leasing Manager

Salary: up to 25,000

One of our most prestigious Real Estate Clients is expanding their team and seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager who will take the business to the next level.

Working with the Head of Commercial you will directly manage a number of staff including Retail Leasing Supervisor, Executives and Administrators guiding and supporting them to build the market position and branding and work to achieve the company targets.

Your knowledge and experience with managing tenants and reviewing contract documentation will be essential to the smooth running of the environment as well as your ability to forecast and plan. Being an experienced manager, your drive, energy and motivation will reverberate through the team leading by example.

Requirements

- 5 yrs experience in Retail Leasing
- Business Degree and Certifications in Retail Leasing
- Working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Laws
- Drive, ambitious and flexible.
