Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Job description / Role

The Customer Project Manager (CPM), and/or sub Project Manager, has ownership varying between multiple smaller projects to large complex solution integration programs within scope, time, costs and quality while achieving full customer satisfaction.

In the role of CPM, you will be one of the key representatives for The Client's managing our customers delivering company's complex solution integration projects and/or programs. You could be supporting in the pre-sales process, writing and negotiating statements of work with our customers to contractually cover project scope, project planning, risk assessment, secure the necessary resources globally, monitor, and execute all activities while controlling project costs and scope. The CPM is accountable for all project financial management including customer invoicing and delivering to the expected profit margin for the business.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree, preferably in a IT, Engineering, Business or Telecommunications discipline
- MBA preferred.
- PMP certification heavily preferred.
- Certification as SCRUM Master heavily preferred.
- Working knowledge of business process re-engineering, project management methodologies, and project management tools (i.e. Scrum and Agile)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management whereof 2+ years have experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
- Experience in the customer IT infrastructures and processes. Experience in a full systems life cycle methodologies including Change Management and QA/Testing processes.
- Exceptional risk identification and mitigation ability including agility and creativity in resolving project issues without impacting schedule or cost.
- Proven track record of strong team leadership preferable.
- Ability to motivate the team to deliver projects under high stress times.
- Strong creative, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent consultative skills, the preferred candidate has worked for a major international consulting firm.
- Exceptional external customer management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Be able to communicate technical project details with stakeholders.
- Good financial knowledge. Has successfully managed projects for external customers accountable to deliver to a specified profit margin. Experienced in budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of management of subcontractors and Third Party Partners.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of any specific equipment and/or materials used in the performance of the essential functions of the job: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, PROPS-C, SAP and Clarity.
