Babilou is the leading European company in Early Childhood Education, where we currently own and manage more than 600 nurseries in Europe, welcoming more than 10,000 children daily.

Today, the Babilou Group offers you a key position in the Early Childhood Education mission by managing 1 of our new to open nursery in Dubai.

Requirements

As a Nursery Manager you are the guarantor of quality support in a collective place for early education. You enclose and animate the multidisciplinary team and ensure respect for the rules of hygiene and safety.

You develop, implement, and animate the Pedagogical plan in connection with Babilous Working Plan. You ensure the administrative and financial performances of the structure and collaborate regularly with the headquarters.

Profile:
- Early Childhood Education required.
- Experience in a nursery is a must.

About the Company

The story begins in March 2003 with the creation of Babilou by two brothers, Rodolphe and Edouard Carle. A few months later, the first Babilou day nursery opened in Paris. Babilou quickly became a major player in the childcare sector.

Between 2008 and 2010, many successful entrepreneurs from the childcare industry joined Babilou to create together the Babilou Group.
