Job description / Role
- Responsible for achieving individual sales plan
- Drive sales to closure by enthusiastically asking questions and making appropriate product recommendations
- Ensure store is stocked, displayed and secured according to plan. (Protecting company assets)
- Accurately operate the POS system and account for all transactions (cash, credit, returns)
- Provide professional customer service by describing benefits of various lenses and frames, replacing screws, adjusting frames, and quickly identifying other special customer needs
- Open and/or close the store according to established guidelines
- Display a gracious, courteous and polite manner when interacting with all customers, service providers and associates
- Provide exemplary customer service
Requirements
- Fashion or luxury experience (Minimum experience of 2 years as a Sales Associate)
- Positive attitude within the sales team
- Time management and negotiation skills
- English fluency (writing, speaking, reading)
- Arabic speaking is a plus
- Team player and friendly
- Sharp presentation and communication
