Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Expertise includes procurement and cost management of different types of construction projects through to final account.
- Experienced in both pre and post contract cost management.
- Market sector experience includes major mixed-use developments projects, infrastructure/airports, sports venues/stadia, retails, data centers, commercial/offices, hotels, residential, church/mosque, museums and laboratories. Extensive experience in various aspects of building services and QS practice.
- Good Contract Management experience and specifically of FIDIC Yellow Book

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science and preferably a Professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
- Highly experienced Mechanical and Electrical Cost Consultant with over 15 years in the profession.
- Qualified as an Engineer and Chartered Surveyor, which provides a layer of expertise that adds a practical level to my work.
